Bluegrass Gospel Music At Baptist Chapel
A night of bluegrass gospel music will be held Sunday at 7 p.m. at Baptist Chapel Church. Featured will be Carolina Sonshine and Daniel and Samantha Casey. VBS At Ebenezer Presbyterian
Ebenezer Presbyterian Church will hold Vacation Bible School for children of all ages. “Camp E.D.G.E.: Experience and Discover God Everywhere” VBS is an adventure camp taking children on Bible treks to experience and discover God everywhere, every day. Each Bible trek is supported with songs, crafts, games and science activities.
The fun begins July 31 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. with registration, a pizza party, games, music and other activities. Aug. 1, the activities continue from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m VBS concludes with a covered-dish dinner after the Sunday worship service at 11 a.m. on Aug. 2.

Buffet Breakfast, VBS At Calvary Baptist

The Abandon Youth Group of Beulah Baptist Church in Benson, located off N.C. 242, will have a barbecue chicken plate fundraiser Aug. 1 from 4 to 7 p.m. Eat in or take out will be available. Plates will be served with boiled potatoes, green beans, bread and cake. The youth are raising money to go volunteer for Operation Christmas Child.
